Alabama woman who went missing after reporting a toddler walking on the interstate has returned home, police say

I sometimes see a man walking on the side strip of the interstates. I had thought that he/she tries to find something which he/she dropped while driving there.
But, when it comes to a toddler, it must be a fraction of incidents. We should call 911.
