I don't know how convenient the airport is. But, it must be difficult to keep a good balance between usability and stylish design.
For example, many high speed train stations in China are huge and dome-shaped. It's a kind of stylish one, but it's so huge that it's not usable for elderly people who don't want to walk a long distance.
