When we see the interior of the aircraft, what can also be used for ordinary house are chairs, washrooms, and doors. Except for these items, all of the furniture have to be prepared. Furniture is not only the items that have to be prepared. walls sectioning rooms and pipes for gas and water supply are also needed. So, I guess the fuselage wouldn't be suitable for living.
