Many concern about emission of toxic gas from the freight train. At the same time, the railroad of the derailed site is also closed, which means logistics passing through the site are disrupted until the derailed train is put away. I don't know the train frequency of the derailed railroad and how much redundancy is ensured though, governments should think about it.
