India must be suffering from surging demand of urban rails and long distance rails at the same time. The former one should be solved by building new lines more rapidly. But, the latter one is not the issue of railway density, but the issue of railway capacity and slow speed. So, in order to solve both of the issues, building high speed rails must be accelerated.
