Talking to boys about being a boy

I think that it's important for us to remove limits on boys and girls to let them live more freely.
But, when it comes to people between them, it's difficult to learn how to treat.
For LGBTQ, some of them would feel uncomfortable to be packed in gender-less toilets. But, it's not realistic to prepare toilets for each gender group. So, I guess there would be an extent LGBTQ have to tolerate with.
