Manila commuter trains ordered

Urban rails in Manila are not expanding network earnestly. Since I visited the city in 2012, extension of LRT2 from Santolan to Antipolo is the only expansion the city has seen.
But, when it comes to the planned North-South commuter railway, which is renovated railway system from Philippines National Railway, total length of it is over current LRT and MRT network. So, the impact of its inauguration is so huge.
