Travel Diary on February 6, 2022

I got up around 6:20, and walked to Tsubogawa Higashi Park where rails of Okinawa Prefectural Railways and diesel locomotive used in Minami-Daito Island are displayed.

After taking photoes at the park, I walked back to the hotel.

We ate all-you-can-eat style breakfast as yesterday. We left hotel and took bus for Kokusai Dori (International Street).
Since it was around 10:00 and declaration for prevention of Covid infection was enforced, we saw a few tourists. But, drunken women were trying to take a taxi from Kokusai Dori. They would have drunk through night.

After hopping souvenir shops, we went to Naha City History Museum in Palette Kumoji, department Store.

Headmark and rollsign is also displayed here

Explanations in Japanese language at this museum include "Japanese government forcefully abolished kingdom of Ryukyu, and incorporated islands into Okinawa Prefecture". It may cause disputes among nationalists in Japan

We walked to Prefectural Office Station, which is connected with Palette Kumoji

We went to Naha Airport.
