Why do designers of these buildings imagine that people want to live within 10 or 15 mins to get to workplace or entertainment facilities?
Even if there are entertainment facilities near their houses, they will be tired of going there many times. So, they will enjoy in another place after a few months later.
It means 10-minute city is not always needed.
