Vietnamese government approves planning of nine lines

The planning includes international rail line with Laos and with Cambodia, and North-South high speed rail. I think that the high speed rail will be connected with high speed rail networks in China.
But, it's not included in the plan. There is possibility that Vietnamese government refrain from it, because of diplomatic concern.
