When it comes to use private cars in mega cities, traffic jam is one of the factors that makes them inefficient transportation. So, politicians want to solve the problem by building new roads. But, elimination of traffic jam usually cause more people use cars. It results in high carbon emission and repeating traffic jam
Though we should stop this bad circulation by persuading general people and politicians into public transportation-oriented society, there seems no movement like it.
