No. Unethical people are those scientists, doctors, and nurses. All of them look down on side-effects of regulations about Covid-19. In Japan, the increase of those who committed suicide exceeded the number of those who died from Covid-19.
It means Covid regulations attack economy and people's lives. The only people who can benefit from the regulations are doctors and nurses. They can enjoy reduction of tasks by subtle reduction of Covid patients without losing salary.
