Despite the recognition that global warming is an imminent issue, Japanese government doesn't take drastic action against decreasing train service caused by plummeting sales of railway companies amid pandemic. Though the government showed financial support to JR Shikoku and JR Hokkaido, other railway companies are ignored. Without support, I guess many train routes will be abolished, due to financial crisis of private railways.
The government should take measures for saving railways and global environment.
