JR Kyusyu
Adding 1 train service on Kitt Line and Nippo Line.
JR Shikoku
8 local train services will be added to make train frequency one train per 30 mins.
JR West
･Inauguration of extension part of Osaka Higashi Line.
･Inauguration of the commuter Limited Express "Raku-Raku Harima" between Osaka and Himeji.
･Opening of Umekoji-Kyoto-Nishi station.
･Renaming of Higashi-Neyagawa Station to Neyagawa-Koen
･Addition of the Limited Express "Thunderbird" connecting Kanazawa and Osaka.
･Extension of the Limited Express "Good Morning Express" and "Good Night Express" to Tsuruga.
JR Central
･Addition of two special-rapid services between Kanayama and Kariya.
JR East
･"Homeliner Ome" and "Chuo liner" will be replaced by the Limited Express "Ome" and "Hachioji".
･Addition of rapid service on Nambu Line in the evening.
･Inauguration of the Limited Express "Fuji-Excursion" between Shinjuku and Kawaguchi-ko.
･J Village Station will open on Joban Line.
･One train service will be added on Musashino Line and Yokosuka Line.
･"Homeliner Chiba" will be abolished.
JR Hokkaido
･Hattaushi Station, Chokubetsu Station, and Shakubetsu Station will be abolished.
･Between Hokkaido Iryo Daigakumae and Ainosato Kyoikudai, more than 12 trains will be added.
･One train bound for Teine will extend its operation to Otaru
