While economic growth was recorded in Japan, Japan National Railway built conventional railways with rapid pace by accumulating debt until debt crisis in 1980s. On the other hand, China has been building high speed railways with rapid pace by accumulating debt amid economic growth.
So, I think that China will also have to prepare for debt crisis.
