When will international travel return? Here's what we know right now

As the article says, antigen inspection is not accurate. That's why we should avoid it for certification tested negative, even if the test is simple.
Each country should restart accepting travelers, if they have certification sheets of PCR inspection.
Though I wish all of the travel ban would be removed, it would be impossible for most countries.
So, I thought submission of PCR data would be alternative.
