What he is doing is respectful. But, it will also be important to change minds of those who don't refrain from throwing garbages away into ponds or reservoir. One of the reasons why they discard garbages elsewhere is lack of trash box and garbage collection systems. So, local governments should place public trash boxes, and increase the number of garbage collection cars.
