Those who are related with politicians or officers can be privileged to get somewhere on closed days. I think it's not the thing to be criticized. There must be people who can be benefited, just because they are acquaintances of someone with power.
What should be criticized is that they were allowed to drive in the historic site where driving is forbidden not to hurt. This regulation must be kept by everyone including political leaders, much less their acquaintances.
