Why don't you see local spa?

Spa attached to luxurious hotels in Budapest is stunning.
But, what I am interested in is spa for local residents.
I take it for granted that they can't afford to visit spa in those hotels on daily or weekly basis.
So, there must be reasonable spa for them. And, I would like to compare that with Japan's 'super sento', which is equivalent to reasonable spa.
