It would be better for females blamed among nations prioritizing Islamic principles to seek asylum in countries which don't have ethnics of Muslims nor conflicts with them.
Since Philippines has been suffering from Islamic guerrilla in Southern Part, the country can't take radical actions as anti-Islamic movements. So, it would not be the ideal asylum.
