The problem will be that conventional Taiwan Railway Administration will lose passengers between Nangang and Yilan after opening of this high speed rail. When high speed rail opended between Banqiao(Taipei) and Xin-Zuoying(Kaohsiung), opening of the high speed rail affected Taiwan Railway Administration's Tzu-chiang Limited Express train. But, when we consider the train before inauguration of the high speed rail was too crowded, we can say that the inauguration of the high speed rail eased the congestion of the train. But, passengers between Taipei and Yilan are not so many as between Taipei and Kaohsiung, I'm afraid that there would be less Tzu-chiang Limited Express trains.
