Pilot in Myanmar lands plane without front wheels

I've heard that aircrafts failing to operate front wheel have tried to land with their noses skidding on the tarmac.
What is needed to land safely in such a situation is to reduce fuel so as not to catch fire from spark between the tarmac and the nose.
