I can agree with the sentence "With the Ayurvedic diet, it is not just what you eat but when you eat it."
When I studied in prep school, I ate dinner after the lessons. It was around 10:00pm. Though the quantity I ate for dinner was almost the same as what I had eaten before beginning those lessons, I was putting on weight. It must be because I ate dinner at inappropriate time.
I should have made it a rule to refrain from eating something late at night.
