What we have to pay attention to the issue is that those who administrates something in Japan's authorized group must pass through supports from conservative people. For example, those who can be judges of The Supreme Court have to be elected by government. It means those who are against government cannot be judges of The Supreme Court.
So, even if there are more and more transgender people in japan, ruling by the court reflects conservative opinions.
