Unprecedented disasters have been observed recently around the globe.
Though it's impossible to fully protect local people from such disasters, it's possible to reduce damage by preparation.
I'm interested in how Indian Monsoon area prepares for that.
It would be feedback for people in the other Monsoon areas.
