Full inauguration of Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong High Speed Rail seems to come during the 3rd quarter of 2018.
But, construction of the track laying and platforms is considered to be completed, judging from the picture on the article.
As far as I investigated on Google Map, the only section without tunnel in Hong Kong is Shek Kong Depot. A picture below shows satellite picture taken by Google.
As you see, one train stops at the siding track. Judging from the color, it would be "Vibrant Express".
It's located 2.5km away to east from Kam Sheung Road Station on MTR West Rail Line.
