It's not clear that they are protesting against what kind of Trump's policy. "suffragette" is the Act to expand women's rights.
But, in this case, it is not obvious that what kind of women's rights they request and what kind of women's rights Trump wants to restrict.
Certainly, he made statements to look down on women, nevertheless he hasn't proposed nor carried out any policy to invade women's rights.
So, his statements itself should be criticized, but it doesn't have anything to do with his policy.
