The biggest contradiction is that North Korean authority want the body but rejects giving DNA.
The former request shows North Korea acknowledges the body is Kim Jeong Nam or another North Korean citizen.
But, the latter shows North Korea doesn't want to cooperate with investigation of the North Korean citizen's body.
Otherwise, the authority is concerned about exposure of Kim family's DNA to prevent other countries from analyzing the DNA.
For example, if genes that causes fatal disease were to be found, it will be broadcasted worldwide and may hurt Kim Jeong Un.
So, there seems to be no way to identify the body by genetic approach.
