But, after the Internet became common, the photographer can upload such pictures as he like.
By the way, I think it's so difficult to be the US president's photographer, when we imagine that the photographer has the chance to see secrets related with presidents. Then, it will be impossible for non-native Americans to become President Trump's photographer, hahaha.
