Mumbai's Art Deco buildings survive against the odds

It's completely the opposite example to what I introduced here two days ago.
While the building that was thrown away still stands in Bangkok, the building in use is at crisis in Mumbai.
If preservation of the building is needed, the local government should designate preservation area to save Art Deco buildings.
