It's not regularly operated train.
JR(Japan Railway) groups abolished regular overnight train due to many reasons, which are expensive maintanance cost, decreasing passengers caused by expansion of overnight bus or high speed rail networks.
Instead, JR Kyushu, JR West,and JR East made luxury cruise trains' debut.
They can be used only for touring. Overnight train seems to be inappropriate for business use in Japan.
