Eurostar seems to have deprived the passengers of paralleling flight between France and United Kingdom. But, reduction of passengers moving between them might have affected Eurostar's restructuring.
Though Kyusyu(Japan) and Taiwan are famous for high speed rail which caused declining of competitive flights, Eurostar couldn't the same thing.
