On the other hand, some countries are trying to get out from EU. Especially, more than half of voters hope UK's resigning from EU.
Having a good relationship with far countries and looking down on relationship with neighboring countries can be seen elsewhere.
We take for granted that people whose culture is similar to us must have the same way of thinking, while people whose culture is quite different from us must have different ways of thinking.
But, this stereotype is easily cause coalition with neighboring countries, because they can't act as we expect.
If we take care of that, we may have good relationship with neighbors.
