Typhoon 'Man-yi' hit Kansai, Chubu, and Kanto area in Japan

Flooding is now happening not only in Colorado, but also in Japan.
I think it would be better to tell you information I collected than quoting news.
In the morning until 9:00, almost all JR lines in Kansai area suspended their train operations.
And some rivers burst banks, and it resulted in flooded houses.

Especially, TV has shown flooded Arashiyama, which is a famous spot in Kyoto. So, some of the tourists evacuated from flooded area by boat.

And the most important point in this disaster is that Meteorological Agency announced 'Special Warning' for fear of heavy rain in Kyoto, Shiga, and Fukui Prefecture. The Special Warning was set last August 30. That is to be announced when heaviest disasters in tens of years are expected.

Here are pictures taken by twitter users and so on.
