Oh, the day has come when parents can monitor their children from elsewhere. But, it's not easy unless their parents are members of CIA. (If my parents were to be so, I would be able to spend my college life without caring for money in exchange for watchful eyes)
Detail settings to conceal private information are available on most of SNS. So, their parents can't easily access private information. It's common sense for young users.
