Oh, most of the researchers want to work at such a workplace. But, in fact, it is difficult for them to get a job offer from research centers like this. They will be defeated by applicants who have higher academic careers or higher English skills.
This is one of reasons why my colleagues are struggling through job-hunting.
They had better aim at research centers of companies, which are not famous or medium-sized companies.
