I got up 20 mins before departure of the shuttle bus for Narita Airport.
So, I made haste to take the bus.
I managed to take the bus and board an airplane for Kansai International Airport.
From Kansai International Airport, I took Airport Express on Nankai Line.
Before arriving at Sakai station, the train stopped suddenly. According to announcement of a conductor, emergency button was pushed.
Soon after that, I heard someone shouted "The elderly man suddenly fell down, and now he regained consciousness. Because here is far away from a conductor, I want someone to convey this to the conductor."
Then, one passenger conveyed it to back of the train.
About 3 mins later, the conductor came to check the patient, and asked him to get off at the next station.
The train began to run, and caused 10 mins delay of the following trains.
