Noisy Tepco shareholders OK Japan state bailout

Citation: http://www.straitstimes.com/BreakingNews/Asia/Story/STIStory_815643.html

I laughed at ST(Press Agency of the linked article) described Tepco shareholders as 'Noisy'. But, Kepco(Kansai Electric Power Co.,LTD.) has more noisy shareholder, who is Osaka city government. The government submitted shareholders' proposal that is to beg for immediate abolishment of all the nuclear power stations in Kepco area. Although the mayor, Toru Hashimoto, initially said "I want to abolish all the nuclear power stations in Japan.", he recently said "I want to allow temporal operation of Oi nuclear power station during summer to reduce economic damage caused by electricity shortage."
After that, he submitted the proposal.

Then, I guess you can realize how rough his policy is.
