Lately, I tend to stay at my laboratory until late at night. It is not because I have to experiment or study something, but because I usually chat with my laboratory's members. So, this has caused my shorter sleeping hours.
If I continue to keep short sleeping hours, I'll be more likely to have stroke syndrome.
The worst case is that I have stroke syndrome, when I live alone. No one can find me in stroke syndrome.
There are 2 ways to avoid living alone. One is to commute to a company within acceptable commuting time from my parents' house, the other is to marry someone. The former seems more realistic than the latter.
