The captain of Korean army was prosecuted for criticizing Lee Myong Baek, president of S.Korea, as contempt the senior officer on a criminal law applied within the army. Yonhapnews reported.
According to those concerned with army, this is the first time the captain in charge is prosecuted for comments on Social Networking Service(SNS).
Last December, the captain criticized the president several times such as calling the president an offensive name or criticizing privatization plan of Incheon International Airport.
