The acquaintance's name is written on somewhere*1. On the other hand, he calls him notoya on Twitter. So, he left his tweets on the assumption that his real name wouldn't be known to everyone except for parts of his followers.
It reminds me of how terrible it is to leak our real names out on the internet.
