Mr.Mogi's discussion was accepted by my colleague

I talked with my colleague about job-hunting. Both he and I agreed with Mr Mogi's argument that it makes no sense to rule out applicants who are not graduated from high school or college on designated year. If we want to apply for most of the companies in Japan, the year of our graduation must coincide with the year of the entry to the companies. Some people say that it is as if recruiting staffs liked virgin people and that these recruiting staffs look kinky.

Though it won't be important for me whether they are kinky or not, it might not be the most sophisticated answer to adopt only applicants who have designated careers when they search for talented human resources.
