It's too risky for specific one company to participate in the project, which needs tremendous amount of human resources and machining facilities despite high possibility of backlash from conventional land owners and local states.
So, it will be appropriate for many small-to-medium sized companies who are earnestly supporting Trump. They won't be worried about criticism from anti-Trump groups and they won't be concerned about value of their companies' names.
