Going on strike should be workers' rights.
But, in recent Japan, freshmen are educated to obey all of what their companies demand. And job trainers tell them off for making brainwashed workers. The content is "Since most of you were just students, You don't know how difficult to earn money. You mustn't think that our company is like your ATM(Cash Point). So, you must work harder for our company".
This brainwashing discourages workers from going on strike or demanding improvement of labor environment.
