I don't know why the station name is Kit-kat. Strictly speaking, I know the station name derives from the name of district. But, I don't know why the district is named Kit-kat.
In Japan, the name is famous as Chocolate cracker, and the lucky charm for entrance exam competition, because it's the similar pronunciation with Kitto-Katsu, which means "Surely win"
