Hilltop Link light rail, opening Sept. 16, to connect Old City Hall and St. Joseph

This opening itself is to be praised. But, I think that railway between Seattle and Tacoma should be invested more. That's because Sounder train frequency between these two cities is too low. There should be more trains during daytime.
