I got up and left the hotel around 7:30. I went to a McDonald restaurant near Chicago Station. An African man at the restaurant shouted "Shuah, Shuah, Shuaatt!(I don't know if the spellings are correct)"
But, he didn't buy anything.
I boarded train to Lake, and walked to Millennium Station.
Before walking to the sattion I took a picture of 2600-series in State/Lake.Sta

A man near the station said to me "Please help me out!"
I don't know what kind of help he needed. To avoid being involved in a potential accident, I ignored him.
I boarded South Shore Line train to Carroll Avenue. At Gary Station, almost all the passengers alighted. When I was remaining on the train, a train conductor told me to get off.
I asked him why I had to leave the train, he said that all the passengers had to ride on buses to go to additional stations.
I took bus for Carroll Avenue Station.
The railway tracks between
Gary and Carroll seem to be under renovation.

After arriving at Carroll Avenue Station, I found that the section between Carroll Avenue and terminal South Bend is under operation.
I walked to the railway section which shares with road near Carroll Avenue Station, which resulted in the fact that tracks were under renovation and were to be separated from road.
I was shocked to know that the only streetcar-like section on normal railway vanished from the US. It also used to be a remaining symbol of the era when electric railway systems were flourishing around Chicago.
The section from double track to single track
When I was walking back to Carroll Avenue Station, a dog loudly barked me and chased me.
I ran as fast as possible. Approximately 15 seconds later, the dog gave up chasing.
If the dog bit me, I could be infected with hydrophobia.
After eating lunch at nearby McDonald, I took bus for Gary and then took train back to Museum Campus Station.
The train I boarded.
Near the station, an African performer lost something, while I was taking pictures around the station. He asked me if I know anything about it. But, I really don't know who stole it.
Just after his asking me questions
I walked to Ogilvie Transportation Station to take pictures of METRA trains.

Color Factory Chicago in Willis Tower was the last destination during my visit to Chicago.

I took CTA bus for the hotel.
I boarded bus from here.
