I had a drinking session tonight. At the session, I heard 3 employees in our company are going to quit soon. Amid lack of human resources is becoming more serious, it must be difficult for us to make tasks go ahead and to find out new human resources.
I can't come up with how to deal with this issue? It must be one of the solutions to invite talented engineers from South Asian Countries. But, how?
