The airport the aircraft diverted to is the one I visited last month. And also, the air career is the same as the one I boarded then.
Unlike bus or train, airplane cannot stop on the way. So, if there is no airport where the aircraft can land, it takes much time to have criminals arrested. I think it's one of the risks air transportation has.
