Instead of Taipei Metro Line 7, it's called "Wanda-Zhonghe-Shulin Line"
Function of the rail line seems to make it easier to move between suburban cities by connecting the terminal stations at suburban side.
But, it's mysterious that the line starts from Chiang Kai Shek Memorial, instead of Taipei or downtown area.
